Rapid Sports (Pty) Ltd Data Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rapid Sports (Pty) Ltd online data platform designed to collect data about player performance. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out hereunder.

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the below Terms and Conditions. Clicking "Accept", creating an account, or continuing to use the platform constitutes your electronic consent and signature to these Terms. No handwritten signature is required.

2.1. "Platform" refers to the website and any associated software provided by Rapid Sports (Pty) Ltd;

2.2. "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the platform;

2.3. "Data" refers to the technical, tactical, and physical data collected through the platform.

3.1.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to access the platform. Individuals under 18 may use the platform only with parental guidance and assistance and additionally complete the Parental Consent Form.

3.2.1. You are required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

3.2.2. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. It is important to note that while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Rapid Sports (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The User will be notified of any significant changes and obtain your consent if required. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Namibia.

15. Payments and Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, subscription renewal and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Charges appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET* RAPIDSPORTS" or similar. Where PayPal is offered at checkout, it funds the transaction only and PayPal's User Agreement also applies. Rapid Sports never stores full card details.

16. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis; you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, invoices, disputes and chargebacks are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
