Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Rapid Sports account or using any part of the platform you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Athlete data

Athletes own the data uploaded to their profile. Rapid Sports verifies performance data through its analyst team and may publish a public profile only when the athlete (or guardian, if under 18) explicitly opts in.

3. Recruiter access

Recruiter and institution accounts are granted limited, contractual access to search and contact athletes. Misuse — including spam, scraping, or unauthorised redistribution of athlete data — results in immediate suspension.

4. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed securely by PayPal. Rapid Sports never stores full card details. Refunds follow the policy disclosed at checkout.

4a. Refund policy

One-time profile verification fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided the verified badge has not been displayed on a public profile. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis; you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pro-rata refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, email admin@rapidsportss.com within the eligible window.

4b. PayPal disclosures

By completing checkout you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Statement. Charges appear on your statement as "PAYPAL *RAPIDSPORTS" or similar. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed by PayPal at their published rates. Chargebacks should be raised with PayPal directly; we cooperate fully with PayPal's dispute resolution process.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload false data, impersonate another person, or use the platform to harass athletes, recruiters or staff.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Athletes may request deletion of their data at any time via admin@rapidsportss.com.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Windhoek, Namibia. Where users reside in Zimbabwe, statutory consumer rights under Zimbabwean law remain unaffected.
